Captain Gerald Lloyd Peterson passed away on Aug. 3. He is survived by wife Carol Ann Peterson of La Crescenta; daughters Nancy Jo Lange and Julie Lyn Daniels; two grandsons; one great-granddaughter; brother Bob Peterson; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Aug. 6 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Crippen Mortuary Chapel, 2900 Honolulu Ave. in La Crescenta. Graveside service will be held Aug. 9 12:45 p.m. at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside.
