May 2, 1933 – July 9, 2020

Catherine (aka Cathy or Katie) passed away peacefully on July 9 with the support of family by her side. Cathy is survived by Bob, her loving husband of 67 years; children Sue Cowell (Tom) and Larry (Amy); Sue Ponton; grandchildren Kirstin Filizetti (Jason), Jayme Brisco (Darnell) and Whitney Cowell; four (and three-quarters) great grandchildren; two sisters, several nieces and nephews along with many friends and medical providers who were like family to her.

If you knew Cathy you witnessed her positive attitude and her love for God, church and family. Cathy’s uplifting smile, gentle touch and genuine heart will be greatly missed. Cathy always told everyone how proud she was of her family and her presence will be greatly missed.

Please keep her husband Bob and family in your prayers. The family wishes to thank her countless friends and medical providers for their support over these last months.
