1916 – 2012
Mildred “Millie” Lambert passed away on Aug. 3 in Glendale.

Born in Bellwood, Ill. in 1916, Millie Lambert was the youngest of seven children born to loving Welsh parents.

The family came to California when she was a young child and she lived her life in California marrying James Lambert (who predeceased her in 1990) and raised two children.

She is survived by her daughter Nancy Wagner of La Crescenta and son Robert of Arizona; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.

A memorial celebration of her life will be held at La Cañada Congregational Church (formerly known as the Church of the Lighted Window) at 1200 Foothill Blvd., La Cañada on Saturday, Aug. 25 at 2 p.m.
