Dennis Wilfred Nicholson of Sunland passed away of natural causes in his sleep on Sept. 2. He was 55.
Dennis was born in Burbank on April 15, 1955 to Clarence William Nicholson (deceased) and Willy Henrietta (Wayne) Nicholson (deceased). He is survived by one sister, Deborah (Nicholson) Olliff, a resident of San Diego.
A graduate of Verdugo Hills High School, he retired from over 25 years of service to the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services, and was well known among family and friends as a gifted musician and loyal and loving friend.
The family is planning a private memorial.
