Homer Alton Stockton, 94, passed away on Sept. 6 at his home in La Crescenta. He was born in Duarte, Okla. and lived in La Crescenta for over 30 years.

He was a US postman for over 35 years and an Army-Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his loving wife Elsa of over 66 years and one daughter Sharon of La Crescenta and two grandchildren Michael K. and Camille C. Allison. He is also survived by a great grandson Noah J. Steele.

Homer was preceded in death by a son Thomas Alton Stockton.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Crippen’s Chapel. Funeral services will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at Crippen Mortuary followed by interment in Green Hills Memorial Park.
