Tamera Suzanne Horton, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2012 with her mother, Connie Horton, by her side.  She is also survived by her sister Debora Tavizon and Elizabeth Graham (Michael), nephews Dakota, Corey and Kyle Tavizon and nieces Kyra Tavizon, Makayla, Miranda and Marlena Graham. Tami was predeceased by her father, Thomas R. Horton. Tami was a joyful, loving person who taught everyone she met to appreciate the world around them. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to United Cerebral Palsy, Easter Seals of Glendale or the charity of your choice. A memorial celebration of Tami’s life will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Crescenta Valley United Methodist Church at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements are being made through Crippen Mortuary.
