Gloria Patrice Beyer

July 27, 1950 – Sept 25, 2018

Gloria Patrice Beyer was born in Los Angeles to Frank and Mary Nadalin. She passed away Sept. 25 after courageously battling pancreatic cancer.

Gloria graduated from Bishop Conaty High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in art from Immaculate Heart College. She taught art for 30 years in Los Angeles City Schools before retiring in 2004.

She and Terry Beyer were married Jan. 9, 1982 at Blessed Sacrament Church. She resided in the Crescenta Valley with her husband for 37 years. Gloria was involved in community life with many organizations and interests, notably the La Crescenta Woman’ s Club, the La Cañada Flintridge Tournament of Roses, and other local art, educational and philanthropic groups.

Gloria is survived by her husband Terry, son David, daughter Christina, grand-daughter Juliana, and her sister Victoria Nadalin.

Funeral ceremony will take place at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church on Saturday, Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. Private burial will be at San Fernando Mission Cemetery.
