Dennis enjoyed many interests throughout his life, including film-making, electronics and bicycling. He once rode his bike from Pasadena to Morro Bay, and built many of his own computers. He also enjoyed playing the trumpet in the Renaissance Faire for a number of years. He was also a very active person and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hiking, camping and fishing.
When he was young, he built a geyser in his backyard after being inspired by those that he saw on a trip to Yellowstone and he once rode his motorcycle with his best friend all the way to Canada!
