Easter Celebration at CVCHURCH
Celebrate Easter with Crescenta Valley Church on Sunday, March 31 in one of four services. Invite family, friends, neighbors and colleagues! Easter will mark the beginning of a new teaching series. “Time to Rise” will inspire attendees to rise to reach God-given potential. Bring kids, too, as there will be a photo booth, face painting and other fun activities. For the youth, there will be games, prizes and other goodies!

Special acoustic sunrise service at 7:45 a.m.; contemporary services at normal service times, 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and noon.

Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Saturday, March 30 at 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. at Two Strike Park.

Anniversary of the Discovery St. Anthony Relics
The Franciscan Friars invite the public to join them in welcoming Saint Anthony of Padua on the occasion of the 750th anniversary of the discovery of St. Anthony’s relics by Saint Bonaventure. St. Anthony will be visiting in the form of two precious relics from his basilica in Padua, Italy. The relics will be accompanied by two friars from the messenger of St. Anthony in Padua and the Anthonian Association.

On Monday, April 15 in Los Angeles the relics will be presented at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, 555 W. Temple St. 11 a.m. Veneration; 12:10 p.m. Eucharistic celebration followed by Veneration.

On Tuesday, April 16 St. Peter’s Italian Church, 1039 N. Broadway.
