Messiah Performed at First United Methodist Church of Glendale

First United Methodist Church of Glendale will present Handel’s Messiah Parts 2 and 3 on Sunday, April 10 beginning at 3 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
Admission is free. An offering will be taken to benefit the Glendale Community Free Clinic.
Messiah will be performed by the Cathedral Choir and Chamber Orchestra conducted by Nancy Sulahian. Soloists are Mary Daval and Linda Sonntag, sopranos; Jennifer Appleberry and Amy Fogerson, altos; Scott Blois and Sal Malaki, tenors; and Greg Davies, bass. Keyboard continuo will be played Dr. Ladd Thomas, harpsichord, and Szymon Grab, organ.
The Glendale Community Free Clinic provides medical care at no charge to local residents who have no health insurance. The clinic is held each Tuesday night at First United Methodist Church of Glendale and staffed entirely by volunteer doctors, nurses and assistants.
