La Crescenta Presbyterian Church will be offering its annual Vacation Bible School from July 12-16 from 9:00 a.m.– 12:00 p.m. This year the program is called “Son Quest Rainforest.” All children ages 4 through the sixth grade are welcome and the cost is $30 per child. Children will enter a world of parrots, monkeys, bright green vines, waterfalls and parables. They will learn five of Christ’s parables. The highlight of the week will be the Thursday night Amazing Amazon Adventure from 6– 9 p.m., which will feature an exotic animal show at 6:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Sign-ups are open through the first day on July 12.
