The Mustang-10U team won the Pony West Zone East Region Section 1 championship on Sunday, July 2 in West Covina. The team, which previously took first place in its division at CSA’s own Battle of the Foothills tournament in June, will advance to Pony regions to be held July 13-18 in West Covina.

The Pinto-7 team had a distinguished run at the Pony West Zone East Region tournament in Charter Oak, California and qualified for a berth in the Pony Super Region tournament, to be held July 7-10 in Camarillo.

Both teams play as Crescenta Valley and are composed of CSA all stars.
