CSA Fall Baseball/Softball Signups
CSA offers the opportunity for new and returning players to develop their baseball or softball skills in its fall ball program. Online signups for CSA are now open at playcsaball.com and are open to players from all leagues, areas and all skill levels.

There will be manager registration and walk up signups on Saturday, Aug. 18 from 9 a.m. to noon at Dunsmore Park, 4700 Dunsmore Ave. Walk up signups and tryouts are on Saturday, Aug. 25 and Sept. 8. Games will take place on Saturdays from Sept. 15 to Nov. 17.


Annual Hansen Dam Triathlon
The annual Hansen Dam Triathlon is on Sunday, Aug. 19 at 6:30 a.m.

This is a great event for anybody who would like to swim 500 meters, bike 11 miles, and run a 5K. The triathlon can be done as an individual event or relays.

The event is sponsored by the City of Los Angeles Dept. of Recreation and Parks, Congressman Howard Berman, San Fernando Valley Partnership, REI, Triathlon Lab, Hansen Dam Agency Challenge, ZICO, Gemini, and MVT. Anybody interested in participating can still sign up on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Hansen Dam Aquatic Center.
