Looking Ahead in 2025

As we welcome the New Year, the Crescenta Valley Town Council is excited to share some updates and highlights from our recent activities. In December, we hosted our inaugural “Jingle and Mingle,” an event organized by our outreach committee, led by Kerri Brautigam and myself. This gathering provided a wonderful opportunity to express our gratitude to our community partners and we were thrilled with the turnout. The positive response has encouraged us to plan more events like this in the future, fostering connections within our community. 

Looking ahead, we invite everyone to join us for our general meeting on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 7 p.m. at the library. This meeting will be particularly special as we welcome our newly elected council members: myself (Frida Baghdassarian), Dede Mueller and Chris Kilpatrick. Each of us will be sworn in to serve a three-year term. We are honored to have Supervisor Kathryn Barger present to officiate this significant moment. 

Additionally, we will take a moment to acknowledge our outgoing member Elizabeth Ahlers for her time on the council. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors. 

As we embark on this new year, we look forward to continuing our work for the Crescenta Valley community and hope to see many of you at our upcoming meeting.
