Getting to Know Our Councilmember/Mayor

For quite a long time I have listened to many of my neighbors in the 91214 Glendale annex area of La Crescenta complain, or at least remark, that our voices are not heard by the Glendale City Council.

One councilmember [newly named mayor] Ardashes “Ardy” Kassakhian wants to listen to us. Every Friday at 9 a.m. he hosts a meeting that is open to all at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Ocean View Boulevard and Honolulu Avenue in Montrose.

These “meet-ups” are most informative and, in my opinion, are productive. Ardy is a wealth of information and he truly will help with our concerns and challenges.

Plus the coffee is free!
