Regarding SWA and Rockhaven

The blindness to the insipid degradation of the buildings is nauseating. To believe that the horticulture is the most important expense is psychotic. What museum exists without stable reliable infrastructure? What low intelligence, disconnected planning commission thinks the exterior landscape is a priority?

I was deeply discouraged by the Council’s tacit approval of finally admitting that the buildings were more important than the plants and planter pots.
