Close the Scholl Canyon Dump? Oh my!

When the Glendale bureaucrats first proposed the dump they told us “cross our hearts and hope to die” – it would only be open for 20 years!  

That was in 1960, 62 years ago!  

The landfill [we called it a “dump”] was Glendale’s cash cow. It was “all about the money.”
